The South Dakota Department of Tourism thanks you for welcoming visitors into South Dakota with warm hospitality.
The training available on this site provides the information you need to become a knowledgeable and confident employee in the hospitality industry. After completing the lessons found within this training, you’ll have the skills you need for success.
Instructions:
- Lessons must be taken in order, starting with lesson one.
- At the end of each lesson, you will be prompted to complete a quiz. A score of 90% must be met before you can proceed to the next lesson. Don’t worry, the questions are pretty easy!
- You may stop at any point while completing the training portion of the lessons and you can resume at a later time. While you don’t have to take all eight quizzes at once, quizzes must be completed for your progress to be saved. Quizzes cannot be saved partway through.
- Ensure you have enough time to complete a quiz before starting. Each lesson and quiz take about 10 minutes.
